Mature Ones,

King Solomon wisely proclaimed: “For everything there is a season, a right time for every intention under Heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:1 CJB).

On Tuesday, January 17th 2017, the smell of peeled roast breadfruit filled the atmosphere of my kitchen. Now there were no breadfruit of any kind within my home and neither was it on my mind. This was the presence of Holy Ghost moving on my sense of smell. Hence, I frequently inhaled the fragrance as I prayed in the Spirit. Although I was aware that I was having a prophetic encounter, the grace to perceive what it meant wasn’t granted to me. I didn’t know at that moment what YHVH was trying to tell me, so I kept inhaling and praying in the Spirit. Finally, Thursday, January 19th 2017, I had a sudden urge to lay prostrate and worship. As I was before YHVH, I heard the term “Breadfruit”. In that instant, Holy Ghost began ministering to me on the pronunciation of the term – “Bred-froot or Bred-fruit”. Then suddenly, Tuesday’s encounter came back to me and I began to grab a hold of the revelation. Inclined to do some research I turned to Google for assistance.

Upon research, I discovered that in general, breadfruit is vegetatively propagated using root shoots or root cuttings. Other methods include air layering (marcotting), grafting, and seed propagation. [Yet] No matter the method used, young plants will grow best in shade and need some care until they are established. Mature trees prefer full sun. Breadfruit grown from seed will fruit in 5 to 10 years. Vegetatively propagated plants can produce fruit in 3 to 5 years and are clones of the mother plant, making vegetative propagation the preferred practice.

Having combined my prophetic encounters with the information received via research, here’s what the LORD would have me say to you:

Like the breadfruit plant, many have been planted and have been encountering growth in the shade – being developed behind the scenes. However, the time has come for the mature trees to be brought into the light, the full sun – the place of glory, to bred/produce fruit. For some, it’s been three to five years of waiting and for others, five to ten years. Yet regardless of how long it’s been, 2017 and beyond is your time to bred-fruit!!!

Trees planted by the River of Living Waters, It’s Your Season To Be Productive!!! It’s Your Season To Flourish!!! It’s Your Season To Bred-Fruit!!!
